Linden

The aroma of linden gives warmth and complexity to wine. It is found in prosecco obtained from vineyards in less productive areas.

The white and yellow flowers belong to a category of perfume that is found in almost all dry white wines. A very generic floral bouquet is easily recognizable by most people, while it is much more difficult to distinguish the specific flower: acacia, hawthorn and linden.
