Black Currant Sprouts

The scent of Black Currant Sprouts is very different from that of the black currant fruit. it is colloquially called “cat pee” smell, because it is pungent with sulphuric and vegetal notes and in White Wine it presents itself in a delicate manner and lends elegance and personality to the wine’s bouquet.

It is an aroma typical of wines produced only with grapes of the Sauvignon variety, which makes them easily identifiable.
